Piedmont StairWorks is owned and operated by Jack Watson and Jimmy McGee. Both are engineering graduates from North Carolina State University who have over 30 years of combined experience in the stair industry.

By combining their background in furniture making, manufacturing and construction with their personal values they have built a customer focused stair company that prides itself on providing a quality product at a great value.

Piedmont Stairworks is located in Charlotte North Carolina. Piedmont Stairworks specializes in shop built stairs and staircases. Piedmont Stair Works is able to complete any and all remodels of stairs in existing homes. Piedmont specializes in all types of stairs and staircases including shop built box stairs, custom curved stairs, metal spiral stairs, wood spiral stairs, and freestanding straight stairs and curved stairs. We offer a wide range of stair parts including newels metal balusters handrail in exotic species including hickory walnut brazilian cherry. We also provide baluster replacement services when a customer wants to update the look of there staircase by changing from wood to metal balusters.
